Every scoop of fresh, homemade ice cream we serve is made in one of our kitchens in the back of our scoop shops. We employ a team of professional chefs to manage our 9 shop kitchens, working hands-on with our ice cream maker team to spin molly moon’s delicious homemade ice cream. We source 90% of our ingredients from the Pacific Northwest. Buying from farmers in our community keeps dollars in our local economy, and it cuts down on the amount of fossil fuels needed to transport ingredients to our Seattle kitchens. All of our ingredients are either local, organic, or fair trade, and many are two of the three. AND...We give the greater of 10% of profits or 1% of sales to food banks, equity organizations, women and girl empowerment initiatives each year.
